WELCOME
With a calm mind and relaxed body we can live with more wisdom, peace and happiness in the present moment.
My name is Tom Fandre and I've taught mindfulness-based stress reduction, mindful self-compassion and other mindfulness techniques to groups and individuals for 8 years.
I have conducted a Mindfulness and Mindful Meditation class at Stanford Health Care Wellness for 7 years and also support clients at Time Wellness and Clearview Cancer Institute. In addition, I coach individuals in high stress jobs and offer a regular 8 Week Stress-Reduction Through Mindfulness and Mindful Self-Compassion class to the general public.

Please write me to learn more or be invited to one of my free weekly, one-hour classes Friday and Sunday 10-11 am PST.

"This class is life-changing. Â It's hard to explain how it changes your thinking - and how much it changes your thinking, but it's enormous. Â The positive outcome of practice is ultimately very rewarding. Â Excellent teacher!"Â - Laurel. 2019
