Mindful Stress Reduction and Self-Compassion Training

 

Learn how to apply more self-compassion and present moment awareness to reduce stress and treat some of the underlying causes of stress.  Deepen humility, mindfulness, peace and acceptance turning inward with kindness when challenges arise.
