This course provides experiential learning in scientifically proven mindful stress reduction tools and techniques. You'll learn to reduce stress and enhance present moment awareness, well-being, and self-compassion.

Stress Reduction Through Mindfulness and Mindful Self-Compassion Class

This class is an opportunity to relax, recharge, connect with like-minded people, and learn the scientifically proven strategies to effectively manage stress. Participants will learn a variety of mindfulness and self-compassion skills that are practical and proven to support wellbeing and resilience.

  • Formal and Informal Meditation
  • Breath-work
  • The body scan
  • How to manage unpleasant emotions with mindfulness
  • Mindful self-compassion and accompanying meditations
  • Gladdening the mind and more.

Course consists of eight 75 minute sessions and a three hour retreat.
