I am passionate about sharing the transformative power of Mindful Stress-Reduction and Mindful Self-Compassion. I have presented at numerous universities, non-profits, businesses, and government agencies, including Stanford Hospital, Santa Clara University, San Jose State University, The City of Saratoga, The FBI, The School's Foundation, Society of Government Meeting Professionals, Huntsville Madison County Hospitality Association, and The Osher Lifelong Learning Association.

Organizations often invite mindfulness experts like myself as keynote speakers to improve employee well-being, enhance productivity, and cultivate a positive work environment. Presentations focus on stress management, work-life balance, and other techniques to enhance mental health and reduce burnout.
