My personal journey with stress and burnout led me to Mindfulness-BasedStress Reduction 14 years ago. Through these practices, I overcame insomnia and hypertension, along with various stress-related challenges. Since then, I have studied with leading teachers in the field, including Jon Kabat-Zinn, Bob Stahl, Tara Brach, James Baraz, and Kristin Neff. For the past eight years, I have dedicated myself to teaching and sharing these valuable tools and practices.
I hold a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and am a graduate of the MindfulnessBased Stress Reduction Professional Teacher Training Program (A.R.T.Mindful Programs), The Practicum in Mind-Body Medicine through the University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness, and the year-long Applied Compassion Training at Stanford University.
